BANK HOLIDAY - PINEAPPLE CLASS

Service Description

This isn't a hatha/vinyasa class, this is a new form of Kundalini Yoga. It's spiritual, energetic, loud, enlightening and everything in-between. It is almost guaranteed to create meaningful shifts in your life. In this class Pranayama (breathwork), is combined with posture. We pulse in and out of Kriyas. You're welcome as a complete beginner (but some experience with yoga will put you in good stead!). You go at your own pace, always. Some of the Series (sequences) are exquisitely soft, and some are more demanding. Each class is a unique journey, centred on a reflective theme.
