Welcome to CHAKRA, a series of Kundalini Workshops on the Esoteric. This event is a taster workshop before the Series begins. It will let you dip your toe into the 7 main chakras and explore how it feels for you. CHAKRA will be a blend of Kundalini yoga and tantric practices to bring to life this energetic system within. Expect Kriyas, Yantras, Mantra, Pranayama and so much more... In Kundalini yoga, Pranayama (breathwork) is combined with posture. We pulse in and out of Kriyas. It is inclusive, and you're welcome as a complete beginner (but experience with yoga will put you in good stead!). WHEN: Sat 11th June, 9:30-10:45 AM WHERE: Church of the Ascension Hall, Pineapple Grove, B30 2TJ BRING: Yoga mat, and any other props you like in your yoga practice.
