Pineapple | Kundalini Global Yoga

Service Description

This isn't a hatha/vinyasa class, this is a new form of Kundalini Yoga. It's spiritual, energetic, calming, and everything in-between. It is almost guaranteed to create meaningful shifts in your life. In this class Pranayama (breathwork), is combined with posture. We pulse in and out of Kriyas. It is inclusive, and you're welcome as a complete beginner (but some experience with yoga will put you in good stead!). Some of the Series (sequences) are exquisitely soft, and some are more demanding. Each class is a unique journey, centred on a reflective theme. This practice aims to empower you. Where: Church of the Ascension Hall, Pineapple Grove, B30 2TJ Doors Open: 6:20pm Class Begins: 6:30pm (sorry no latecomers - I can't man the door after we start!) Class Ends: 7:30pm Bring: Yoga mat, and any other props you might like in your yoga practice. Wear layers - we get warm and cool! Please note this class isn't suitable for pregnancy.
